Social media giant Twitter has rolled out its latest feature for its vast user base. The micro-blogging site has now introduced pinned DMs. This feature was earlier available only to subscribers of Twitter Blue. However, now the feature is coming to iOS, Android, and the web.

As of now, the latest feature has not been fully rolled out. However, some iOS users have claimed that they have used it on their devices. According to reports, iOS users were required to swipe to the side to reveal the pin icon. After tapping on the icon, the conversation will be moved to the new section ‘Pinned Conversations’ on the top of the DM inbox.

Twitter has also tweeted the development. “Keep your fave DM convos easily accessible by pinning them! You can now pin up to six conversations that will stay at the top of your DM inbox. Available on Android, iOS, and web,” read the Tweet by Twitter Support.

Pins are a convenient way to make conversations more accessible. According to 9To5Mac, for the web, users will be required to go to the messages tab on the top left section of their screen. ‘Pin Conversations’ for the web will be visible once a user clicks on the three dots at the top. For desktop app users, a right-click on the chosen conversation will let them in it on top.

The latest feature is an outcome of a series of improvements to the messaging platform. Earlier, Twitter also enabled iOS users to share a single tweet in up to 20 different conversations.
