Twinning with the lady: Jeff Bezos's secret to dressing right for date night

The Amazon founder seems to have mastered the art of an effortless 'date night' look.

Over the past few months, Amazon founder and CEO, Jeff Bezos has kept a remarkedly low profile, trying to keep his personal life away from the spotlight. Since news of his divorce broke in January, the billionaire and his girlfriend, Lauren Sanchez, have only been photographed twice in public - once at a date night in New York City and another when the couple made their public debut at Wimbledon.

Despite the few occasions that he has stepped out in the public eye with Sanchez, the Amazon founder seems to have mastered the art of an effortless 'date night' look. His secret - twinning with his girlfriend.

Ace The Style Game
Days after his divorce from ex-wife, MacKenzie, was finalized, Bezos and Sanchez made their couple debut at the Wimbledon men's singles final, complete with matching looks. For the occasion, the pair rocked blue striped shirts and sunglasses.

As a nod to the Royal Box's smart casual dress code, Bezos paired his light blue striped shirt with white trousers, a navy deconstructed blazer and a matching tie. He completed the ensemble with a polka-dotted navy pocket square and gold-rimmed cat-eye sunglasses.

The couple's looks were said to come from high-end Italian design house Brunello Cucinelli, according to a media report. In the past, Bezos has taken to wearing Cucinelli's unstructured suit jackets.

Pizza, Burgers & Denim
A month after Bezos announced on Twitter that his ex-wife MacKenzie and he had reached a settlement, the Amazon CEO was spotted with Sanchez at a restaurant in New York City. It was the first time the couple had been photographed together since news broke of their relationship back in January.

Keeping with the low-key vibe of the NYC date night (the two were reportedly enjoying a date night with burgers and pizza before they were photographed), both Sanchez and Bezos opted to wear blue denim jeans paired with dark tops - a black T-shirt for Bezos and a dark navy sweater for Sanchez.

To complete the casual, relaxed look, Sanchez matched her outfit with a pair of white sneakers while Bezos donned a simple grey bomber and a black baseball cap.
