The Chinese city Suzhoum, in Xiangcheng district, is home to replicas of around 56 famous bridges from across the world, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The copy of the Sydney Harbour Bridge — the world’s largest steel arch bridge — is smaller than the original and is made from granite. The total length of the real Sydney Harbour Bridge is 1,149 metres, while its replica is just 327 metres.

Built across a river in the city Suzhou, the Tower Bridge is a copy of the famous bridge in London. But unlike the original Tower Bridge, this one has four turrets rather than two, and the central span is fixed. This Eiffel Tower stands at the heart of a gated community in Tianducheng, China. In fact, the entire suburb is modelled after the French capital, with Parisian-style buildings, fountains and landscaping. The Eiffel Tower in Tianducheng is 108 metres tall, while the original landmark is 324 metres high.

The Arc de Triomphe in Paris was built in the 19th century to commemorate those who fought in the Napoleonic Wars. It is a symbol of French military strength. While it goes up as much as 50 metres in height, the copy in Jiangyan rises just above 10 metres high.
