It’s a record worth remembering. T&T Motors, one of the oldest luxury car dealership of Mercedes-Benz, recently sold its 20,000th luxury car last month — making it the first luxury car dealership in India to achieve the feat. T&T celebrated the occasion with a virtual ‘knockout punch’ by delivering the Mercedes-Benz car to its owner: Olympian Mary Kom. The ceremony, held at their flagship store at Mathura Road, had in attendance T&T chairman Ravi Talwar, who handed over the car keys to Kom.
Kom’s love for her sport mirrors T&T’s abiding principle of passion. The T&T way of passion for customer satisfaction and for Mercedes-Benz as a brand is something imbued in every individual of the company, and has been the driving force in the success of T&T Motors.
The ancestral tradition of striving to be the best has been successfully continued by the family’s younger generations for more than 80 years. Being pioneers in the business has been a hallmark of T&T Motors. It was one of the first to start Mercedes-Benz dealership in Delhi, followed by Gurugram in Haryana. This month, it opened doors to Jodhpur’s first luxury car integrated sales and service facility.
Vidur Talwar was especially proud of the fact that so many of T&T customers span more than two generations The operations of T&T Motors span NCR with three sales hubs and service facilities in South Delhi, West Delhi and the corporate hub in Gurugram, apart from facilities in Jaipur and Jodhpur.
Speaking on the occasion, Vidur Talwar, MD, T&T Motors, thanked their customers for their patronage over two decades. He was especially proud of the fact that so many of T&T customers span more than two generations. “Very few luxury car dealerships in India can claim to have continued faith in its sales and service spreading across generations,” he said.
Rohan Talwar, ED, T&T Motors, thanked Mercedes Benz India for its efforts to support dealerships and continuous innovation and product launches, which have made Mercedes-Benz a clear leader in the Indian luxury auto industry.
