— irrfan (@irrfan_k) August 22, 2015 The two-minute-forty-second trailer shows Neeraj Kabi and Konkona as the parents of the deceased girl and Khan as an investigative officer handling the murder mystery.
Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj has written the movie which will have legendary poet-lyricist and Meghna's father, Gulzar, writing the lyrics.
The movie has been shot by Pankaj Kumar of "Haider" and "Ship Of Theseus" fame.
"Talvar", however, is not the first film based on the controversial double-murder-case.
"Rahasya", directed by Manish Gupta and starring Kay Kay Menon and Tisca Chopra that released earlier this year, was also based on the same murder mystery.
