Toyota Kirloskar Motors' chairman Vikram Kirloskar loves culinary art

There is more to the Bengaluru-based industrialist Vikram Kirloskar than meets the eye. At work, he wears the hat of the vice chairman and partner of Toyota Kirloskar Motors. At home, he swaps it for that of the chef. His daughter Manasi says that Kirloskar is an “amazing cook”.

His love for the culinary arts even got him to build an outdoor kitchen at the family home in Pune. His speciality is chocolate cake, for which he has whipped up his own recipe and has perfected it over the years. It is precious enough for Kirloskar to guard it zealously. He’d willingly bake you a cake but not part with his recipe.
