Top bosses discuss how workspaces influence professionals

A select group is set to find out on September 15 from the horse's mouth. At an Asia Society Mumbai event for members only, four industry bosses will explore the connections between leadership traits, working styles and their workspaces. The bosses in question are N Chandrasekaran, CEO and MD, Tata Consultancy Services, Ajay Piramal, chairman, Piramal Group, Shikha Sharma, MD and CEO, Axis Bank and Amar Goel, CEO and chairman, Komli Media.

The quartet will speak with Aparna Piramal Raje, who previously headed BP Ergo, a modular office furniture company. The themes of discussion fall in with Raje's new book examining the working lives of 40 leading CEOs. It's said to encompass their leadership styles, personal motivations, quirks and recipes for success. Expect the audience to go in looking for a remodelling tip or two, and some inspiration along the way.
