Weather data gets updated every 15 minutes and you get forecasts for the next fortnight.
Skymet weather

Ambiguous because the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) had launched its in-house app before Skymet.
IMD’s app would have been great, if only it had worked. Like their website, it takes forever to load.
You can receive onthe-go alerts on rain, temperatures and storm warnings in English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil, Oriya and Telugu. There is also an option to share the update via social media, weather forecast videos and widget support

Other benefits include the ability to add multiple locations, access to video forecasts and maps.
However, the app does not include a feature to tell the humidity levels.
