Fresh Vodka Tonic

Svami-Cucumber-Tonic-and-Vodka-(Fresh-vodka-&-Tonic)

Ingredients
Vodka: 45 ml
Svami Cucumber Tonic Water: 150 ml
Lemon peel


Method
- Fill a wine goblet with ice and pour vodka
- Top with tonic water
- Garnish with a lemon peel

Classic Gin & Tonic

Svami-Grapefruit-Tonic--and--Gin-

Gin: 45 ml
Svami Indian Tonic Water: 150 ml
Slice of orange
Dash of bitters

Method
- Fill a wine goblet with ice, add few dashes of bitters and pour gin
- Top with tonic water
- Garnish with orange slice

Caramelised pineapple juice: 60 ml
Chickpea water (aquafaba)/Egg white: 15 ml
Lime juice: 15 ml
Sugar syrup: 10 ml
Fresh Fennel
Svami Grapefruit Tonic Water: 75 ml
Edible Flower

Method
- Caramelise pineapple slices and muddle to obtain the juice
- Muddle fresh fennel in a cocktail shaker, pour caramelised pineapple juice, add aquafaba, lime juice and sugar syrup
- Shake, strain and reverse shake (to get the foam on top)
- Pour tonic water in a Highball glass and top with the mixture
- Garnish with an edible flower
