Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, the film also stars Bhumi Pednekar, Anupam Kher, Divyendu Sharma in key roles.

Akshay's film finally broke the bad spell that was cast on the box office by collecting Rs 50 crore nett approximately over its first weekend, stated Boxofficeindia.com. The trade report further stated that the film earned Rs 17 crore and Rs 21.25 crore on Saturday and Sunday respectively. The film opened collecting Rs 11.71 crore on Friday.
It can be noted that the growth of the film is remarkable on the weekend as compared to the opening day. Akshay's movie is not the only film attracting audiences to theatres.
