Tim Geithner rocks an unpretentious watch

Last week, Tim Geithner sat down with a bunch of journalists to talk about his new book, Stress Test: Reflections On Financial Crisis, which gave him a chance to clarify things, elaborate on pieces of the book and explain his thought process. It also gave the journalists a chance to size him up.

However, being completely obsessed with watches, we had eyes only for Geithner’s wrist game. Interestingly, despite being a former Treasury Secretary of USA and a current employee at a private equity firm Warburg Pincus, we spotted Geithner rocking a sports watch.

He said it was a Men’s Timex Triathlon, about $49 (Rs 2,800 approx). We guess it’s not that surprising since he’s a runner.
