Tiger Shroff attack: Actor once lived in a Rs 31.5 crore 8BHK sea-facing Mumbai apartment. It had private gym, teak wood walk-in closet, swimming pool, dance studio, and powder room

Tiger Shroff survived an assassination attempt. According to reports, the actor escaped unhurt after three men riding motorcycles opened fire on him while he was at Juhu. However, three people, including his driver and an autorickshaw driver, were injured. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack, following gangster Anil Pandit’s assertion that he and Harman Sandhu were behind the incident. However, the Mumbai Police has not confirmed any alleged involvement of the Bishnoi gang in the case.

Son of veteran actor Jackie Shroff, Tiger has made a name for himself in the realm of action films. The actor made his debut in the action drama Heropanti opposite Kriti Sanon in 2014. As per reports, his networth is an impressive Rs 248 crore, and he lives a lavish lifestyle. He used to live in a lavish 8BHK sea-facing house in Khar, Mumbai. As per an ABP report, the home cost a whopping Rs 31.5 crore for the Baaghi star. He sold it in September 2025 for Rs 15 crore.

Designed by Alan Abraham of Abraham John Architects, the residence is estimated to be valued at over Rs 7.5 crore. Apart from this home, the actor also owns two apartments on the 21st floor, which reportedly cost him around Rs 22.33 crore, including stamp duty, according to The Times of India. The house consists of several bedrooms, a huge hall, a gym, a dance studio, a powder room, office space, and a kitchen. It also has a sky lounge, a swimming pool, and landscaped gardens.

An Artist’s Dream Home

The home is reportedly a haven for art masterpieces. Much of the house is dominated by gentle, neutral shades with hints of grey and black and with a lot of woodwork, which gives an earthy feel to the otherwise sophisticated place and keeps it from appearing too clinical.

A Serene Living Room Area

The living area has several pristine white walls, which are complemented by oatmeal-white tile flooring. Hints of gold detailing on the walls, wooden panels, and a splendid chandelier add a touch of royalty to the home.

Sophisticated Office Space

The office merges elegance with modern design. Subtle grey walls enhance the sophisticated grey marble and high-quality seating, as copper details on the panelled accent wall, contemporary lighting fixtures, and a trophy shelf infuse the interiors with warmth. In addition to being a practical workspace, the room highlights the family’s achievements and spiritual values, featuring idols of Buddha, Lord Shiva, and Goddess Lakshmi arranged on the shelves.

Bedroom For Superheroes

As per Magic Bricks, the star’s bedroom had neutral white tones with rich brown and brass accents. The bed featured a magnificent Chesterfield headboard in mauve suede surrounded by a Victorian-style frame. There was a mini chest-like table with a Spider-Man figurine and a walk-in closet made of teak wood. There was also a painting of King of Pop Michael Jackson on the bedroom walls.

Luxurious Bathrooms

The bathrooms were a sombre grey, though very refined. A stunning grey-toned main wall was present in one of the bathrooms, enhanced by beige Emperador marble accents around the basin and bathtub.
