Say what?
Yes. But only in California.
Because adult use of cannabis is now legal in California, and brands are making the most of this by creating weed-infused chocolates.
The chocolates are combined with tetrahydrocannabinol, which is the chemical compound in marijuana that gives you a high. You can choose from the likes of vanilla white chocolate and hazelnut dark chocolate bars, all infused with cannabis.
“...makes it as appropriate and thoughtful a gift for the cannabis connoisseur as the high cacao percentage and commitment to fair trade sourcing does for the chocolate lover.” @latimes #cannabis #chocolate #edibles #valentines

I’m listening.
These aren’t budget chocs shoddily made in someone’s garage either, but high end, luxurious chocolates in beautiful packaging.
Fancy indeed!
Another brand is Satori Chocolates, which uses high-potency cannabis oil to make treats such as cannabis-infused strawberries dipped in milk chocolate and milk chocolate covered raisins, as well as cannabis-infused bars.
Ordering some!
Whilst you can’t go wrong with a clichéd but trusty heart-shaped box of chocs on Valentine’s Day, travel to California and add a touch of something unusual to your declaration of love through chocolate. Just be sure be sure you visit a state-licensed dispensary.
