This robot can make you a perfect cuppa coffee

The robot invasion is happening and is happening fast. Don’t be surprised if one day you will be served your morning cup of coffee by a robot.

Kawada industries has come out with NEXTAGE (next-generation industrial robot) that can actually serve you your favourite cup of coffee.

In their own words, “NEXTAGE liberates human beings from menial repetitive labour, allowing us to focus on areas that require creativity and generate added value, such as process management and improvement activities. NEXTAGE coexists with human beings, at the same time it collaborates with conventional industrial robots and specialised equipment. Industrial robots are now in the next phase of their evolution, from mere ‘equipment’ to becoming a ‘partner’.”

You can specify your preference for flavour, milk, and sugar and the robot barista will brew your cup exactly in that fashion.
