MANGO COOLER
Glass: Collins/High ball

Ingredients:
Beefeater dry gin: 60 ml
Lemon juice: 25 ml
Soda to top
Mango/orange wedge (to garnish): 1
Method:
- Shake the gin, mango puree and lemon juice in a shaker with ice
- Pour into a tall glass filled with ice
POMEGRANATE NEGRONI
Glass: Rocks/Coupe

Beefeater London Dry Gin: 4 ml
Campari: 30 ml
Lillet blanc: 25 ml
Pomegranate juice: 10 ml
Orange bitters: 2 dashes
Orange twist (to garnish)
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice
- Stir until chilled
- Strain into glass and ice
- Garnish & serve
PINA TONIC
Glass: High ball/Collins

Ingredients:
Beefeater London Dry Gin: 60 ml
Pineapple juice: 30 ml
Lemon juice: 10 ml
Top with tonic water
Pineapple wedge (to garnish): 1
Method:
- Fill a tall glass with ice
- Pour the gin, lemon juice and pineapple juice over the ice and stir briefly
- Top with tonic water, stir and garnish with fresh pineapple
