"My home office has a set up that includes my work station, a library, storage and other seating arrangements such as couch, chair etc. I also have a LED and audio/video setup for the video conferencing with the team, clients and investors. Over the last few months the home office has been regularly upgraded and equipped with all the requirements which have come from time to time," he told ET Panache.
Custom elements
Gajbhiye has added elements such as video conferencing set up, more storage, seating, etc and has also redesigned the walls and aesthetics to give it a look and feel of an office.
From his office to home office, Gajbhiye got nothing much apart from a few books and documents.
Furniture facts "Seating and furniture play a very important role to allow people to work for long hours. I have got an office chair, couch and other arrangements as per the requirement. The room has been completely converted into the office space," he said.

From his office to home office, Gajbhiye got nothing much apart from a few books and documents. "My most expensive buy in the home office would probably be the seating and workstation. About my next buy I can't really tell right now as most of the features are already added. With time the requirements will vary and we will add the resources," Gajbhiye said.
Time life The home office room has been made such that it allows Gajbhiye to work and relax both as per the need.

"Also, with international time zones I spend close to 16 hours in the room depending on the work. Family members are allowed but they don't really come as the room which is converted into home office is an additional space which was not being used for daily purpose," he ended.

“I decided to use this opportunity to improve my physical conditioning. I started cycling (after more than 40 years) inside my gated community from mid-April. I went from seven kilometres per ride to 20 kilometres by the end of June. Recently, I did a 52-kilometre ride to Chikka Tirupathi [on the outskirts of Bengaluru]. Cycling has had a huge impact, not just on my physical conditioning but also my confidence.”

“Startups are quite demanding, so I’ve never been able to work out more than three days a week, even when I trained for the Ironman Triathlon. So, when the lockdown was announced, I decided to challenge myself with a ‘consistency goal’ of accomplishing a workout a day. It began with coordinated workouts on Zoom with my friends and as restrictions eased, I started going for outdoor runs. There were days when there would be so many calls that I’d be seen climbing the building stairs at 10 pm. I now have more than 100 days of workouts under my belt and it has been the biggest stressbuster.”

“During the lockdown, I have managed to master single-leg burpees. It’s important to have a defined schedule and stick to it. I ensure that I block out some time during the day for exercise. I work out at home daily with various bodyweight exercises — I do pushups, burpees and air squats. I love doing CrossFit and high-intensity interval training that combines weightlifting, aerobics, powerlifting and gymnastics.”
