Given your vast portfolio, how do your various teams stay competitive in each industry?

With the advancement of technology, it's not that complicated today. I train my CEOs (in different sectors). I also have a yearly review where I meet my CEOs face-to-face. We gather in an exotic place. I'm bad at firing people, so my CEOs come to meet me with their own resignation letters. If I'm unhappy with anyone's performance, the letter is accepted. Earlier, I used to tell my CEOs to put in their papers on their own if they felt they've fared badly and at one such gathering, a CEO came to me with his resignation letter ready. It has become a regular practice since then.
