These easy-to-follow recipes require basic cocktail-making equipment, and can be cobbled together from what's already in your kitchen.
Summer Green
Prep Time: 3 mins
Serves: 1
Glassware that is best served in Mason Jar/Tall glass. Thin slices of cucumber on a satay stick and a sprig of basil leaves
Four Seasons Chenin Blanc - 90 ml
Cucumber: 3-4 numbers
Basil leaves: 2-3 numbers
Lime juice: 15 ml
Sugar syrup: 10 ml
Method
For cucumber salad:
2. Chop cucumber with skin
3. Add salt, chili flakes and lime juice
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve as an accompaniment to the cocktail
For the cocktail:
5. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend with ice
6. Pour into glass, garnish and serve

Iced Coffee Lemonade
Serves: 2
Ingredients
Juice of 1.5 Lime/lemon
Sugar syrup - 4 to 5 tablespoons (depending on taste)
Brewed coffee - 320 to 330ml (Cooled) (PURE COFFEE)
Ice - enough to fill both glasses
Method
Split the lemon/lime juice between 2 glasses
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar syrup (cooled) , in each glass. (Note : add to taste)
Fill 3/4th of the glass with icecubes
Pour brewed coffee over the ice
Stir and enjoy!
