If there’s one pervading culture that exists at WalmartLabs India office in Bengaluru, it’s the open door one, where associates are encouraged to interact with their peers and managers. Apart from cubicle seats, the 2.41 lakh sq feet office has huddle spaces and flexible seating to facilitate a stimulating flow of ideas. Game zones and pantries help strike the balance between work and fun, but sustainability is a key priority, so the 1,200 employees are encouraged to keep their carbon footprint at a minimum.
