Movie: I love "A Good Year With Russell Crowe". It's a feel good movie that depicts what passion for wine can do to one.

Music: I enjoy listening to 'Sultans Of Swing' from Dire Straits. I love the Guitar Solo.

Clothes: It has to be Boggi Milano because of Italian elegance, a great blend of smart and casual style. But when it comes to ties, I stick to Hermés.

Favourite restaurant: Unknown to most, Auberge Les Vignes in the small village of Sauternes is my favourite restaurant. They do the best grilled duck breast on vine wood.

Holiday: Living an expat life for 30 years, there is nothing like returning home for a great holiday in France. Good food, good wines and lifestyle.

Book: One of my favourites is Freedom At Midnight by Dominique Lapierre and Larry Collins. I enjoy reading about history.
