The social plunge! Kajol makes her debut on Facebook

SAN FRANCISCO: Actress Kajol joined the social networking site Facebook today.

The 42-year-old actress, who is currently busy with the promotions of her husband Ajay Devgn's upcoming film " Shivaay", launched her Facebook page at its headquarters in California and shared the news with her fans on Twitter.

"I'm finally on @Facebook now and so excited to have launched it at the Facebook HQ. Thanks for the lovely tour guys," she wrote.



The actress also posted a picture of herself along with Devgn, who was also present at the launch.

Kajol inaugurated her page with a small video in which she is seen sitting in a car and talking to her fans.

The actress looked excited and also wished her mother, Tanuja, a very happy birthday in the video.
