The Glitch CEO used the lockdown to focus on her mental health
Pooja Jauhari shares how travel, food and designing houses gives her much peace and joy.

Going to a spa is also something she misses. "In Bombay most restaurants have opened up. So as a foodie, I’m happy again. I have moved to shopping online, entirely. Before the lockdown I wish I had more athleisure outfits. Something we needed as we continue to work from home. This pandemic has also taught me that I don’t need to shop the amount I do. So taking that forward for sure," she says.
Screen, headphones, glasses, basically an entire workstation is what Jauhari has added. "We already had a home office, but invested in one more since my husband and I are both working from home. I’m guilty of changing my entire set of cooking equipment. So a lot of cooking happened the past year," she says.
"I run and do yoga. I’m an outdoorsy person. I’ve concentrated on building my mental strength. That’s been the biggest focus and will continue to be as I move forward. I love designing homes, I built my mom’s home from scratch. The breaking down and building of walls gave me a lot of peace. I do a lot of meditation. Focusing on my mental health has been the biggest gift I’ve given myself," she ends.
