First Reviews are in for The Ba***ds of Bollywood
Producer Sunita Gowariker took to Instagram this morning to share her thoughts on the series. She praised Aryan Khan for creating an "amazing and goofy" show, commending his efforts and wishing him continued success in his filmmaking journey.
Filmmaker Rahul Dholakia also shared his review on X (formerly Twitter), calling the first episode "entertaining, goofy, and totally binge-worthy." He congratulated co-creator Bilal Siddiqi, along with Manav and Aryan, for the show’s creative vision. Dholakia also gave a shoutout to Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, acknowledging the years of hard work put into the project. He applauded the show’s writing, direction, and performances, calling it a winner and urging everyone to binge-watch it.
After a long time, filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh shared that he genuinely had a blast watching The Ba***ds of Bollywood and it had him laughing nonstop! Expressing gratitude to Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan and the whole, he added that it was much needed and feels that the title deserved five stars on its own.

The story follows Aasmaan Singh, played by Lakshya Lalwani, an ambitious young actor aiming to make it big in Bollywood. With support from his fame-hungry manager Sanya, loyal best friend Parvaiz, and loving family, Aasmaan’s journey takes a dramatic twist when he’s cast opposite Karishma (Sahher Bambba), the daughter of veteran superstar Ajay Talvar, played by Bobby Deol.
