Brothers Ryan and Keenan Tham, partners at Tham Hospitality, share their style must-haves and why they can't decide who dresses better.

My style

Ryan: Crisp and casual. I would say Keenan and I are pretty similar when it comes to dressing.

Keenan: Yes, clean and classic. I like the white shirt and blue jeans combination. We rarely copy each other's style, but we do eye each other's belts.

Must-haves

Ryan: A good watch, classic belts, the quintessential shirt, a couple of well-fitted linen pants and rough denims.

Keenan: Bespoke suit, a nice white shirt, blue jeans, a good belt and classic black formal shoes.

Weekend wear

Ryan: For me, I like to keep it relaxed. A simple tee with jeans.

Keenan: I'd go a little more formal with a well-fitted shirt and jeans.

Celeb style

Ryan: I think Brad Pitt dresses well. He is incredibly suave.

Quick trip

Ryan: I would pack shorts, T-shirts, sunglasses and my iPod.

Keenan: My weekend bag would hold shorts, T-shirts, sunglasses, a hat and flip flops.

Prized possession

Ryan: It's not an item of clothing, but I cannot live without my phone charger. I also love a pair of cufflinks that were gifted to me.

Keenan: My lucky poker T-shirt is something I cannot live without. I consider a suit designed by my wife as a prized possession too.

Make or break

Ryan: A man's shoes can really make or break his look. Keenan: A smart watch, pocket square and nice shoes are a musthave to nail your look.

Trend talk

Ryan: I'm classic when it comes to style, so I prefer to stay away from "trendy" clothes.

Keenan: I like how casual pants have taken over formal pants. It works for both — work as well as a night out. But I dislike the trend of really skinny jeans.

Colour code

Keenan: Fun shoes, sunglasses or maybe a funky watch can add a dash of fun.

Brand speak

Keenan: I'm not a fan of shopping, but I like my suits made from Zegna and shirts from Troy Costa. Other than that, Zara is always a great option.
