Telugu TV star Pavithra Jayaram’s husband, actor Chandrakanth has died by suicide, days after the the ‘Trinayani’ star passed away in a car accident. The actor was found hanging at his residence in Alkapur, Telangana.
Chandrakanth’s father told the police that his son had been incredibly depressed for the past few days.
Jayaram died in a road accident that took place on May 12 in Hyderabad. As per an IANS report, a bus collided with her car. The ‘'Tilottama' actress was travelling with her sister Apeksha, Chandrakanth and chauffeur Srikant. Incidentally, Chandrakanth was also her co-star in the super hit TV series ‘Trinayani’.
Chandrakanth’s Last Instagram Post Goes Viral
While Chandrakanth survived the accident, his wife’s demise took a toll on his mental health. His last few Instagram posts paid tributes to her, and mourned her loss.
