Teamglobal Logistics works to create a global imprint
The company is going from strength to strength under the leadership of its founders.

The journey of two management graduates, Nityam Khosla and Vivek Kele, as directors started in 2005, with the initial focus on LCL consolidation. Later, they forayed into inbound and outbound logistics for ocean and air freight (with their own IATA), container freight station (CFS), transportation and coastal shipping.
In the past few years, the company has transformed through organic and inorganic growth and entered into joint ventures in East Africa and Bangladesh. Diversifying the service portfolios, Teamglobal established one of the first green and IGBC-certified CFS of India — ICTPL — at Nhava Sheva in Mumbai. It later acquired Chandra CFS from Gateway Distriparks Ltd, Chennai, and Batco CFS in Hyderabad.
Teamworld Logistics is the latest addition to its business portfolio. The intrepid entrepreneurs are also executing their philanthropic vision through their trust — Saksham Sarthi.
Awards galore
Teamglobal is a member of global networks like WWA, ACG and GPLN, and has a strong presence in trade associations. It is the recipient of the Maritime and Logistics Award (MALA) 11 times in a row for its outstanding EXIM contributions.
An accredited Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), Teamglobal holds all international quality certifications.
Growth engine
Teamglobal has an empowered team with an inclusive culture to drive its strategic vision. “We have redefined human efforts with chatbot and robotic process automation. Our platforms like TIVA, Road Bridge and Rate Bridge are providing scalable and customisable solutions to customers,” Kele said.
Khosla, an alumnus of Harvard Business School, added, “Teamglobal leverages the capabilities of the team by upskilling and reskilling through our in-house learning management system (LMS) — Kautilya. These are initiatives towards becoming an institution in logistics.”
The founders now plan to enter into digital, e-commerce, domestic supply chain, warehousing and transportation verticals. They are set to execute an inspirational business design to expand their domestic and global footprint.
