“The fires in California have devastated so many families, and it’s been heartbreaking to see the stories unfold,” she wrote. She reflected on the enormity of the tragedy, stating, “So much suffering, loss, and destruction. As so many embark on some of the most challenging times of their lives, there are also many incredible organizations and groups banding together to help these communities rebuild.”

Swift revealed that she had made donations to several prominent charities engaged in relief work, including the California Community Foundation Fund, Greater Los Angeles Education Relief, Habitat for Humanity, and MusiCares. She concluded her message with an appeal to her fans, saying, “These are the organizations I’ve donated to. If you feel compelled or able to donate, please do.”
While the fires—fueled by winds of up to 100 miles per hour—have consumed over 30,000 acres of land and left hundreds homeless, Swift’s own Beverly Hills estate remains unscathed. Tragically, among those affected are Swift’s friends, Keleigh and Miles Teller, who lost their home to the fires.
Swift’s efforts are part of a larger movement of support from public figures. Actress Jamie Lee Curtis contributed $1 million to establish a recovery fund, while philanthropist Bethenny Frankel provided critical supplies and financial aid in the form of cash cards for affected families.
