Tarantino ready for a new role, considering penning a novel on ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood'
The film-maker had earlier revealed that several scenes and details were edited out of the film.

The film, woven around a fading action star and his stunt double living next to Sharon Tate, had garnered rave reviews upon its release, earning USD 374 million worldwide and winning best production design and supporting actor Oscar for Brad Pitt.
"I hadn't thought about that until recently. But now I'm thinking a lot about it. I might be writing a novelization to ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,'” the director said on Pure Cinema Podcast.
Tarantino had revealed in the past that several scenes and details were edited out of the film and may do something with that.
The director has often said that he would retire after making 10 films and 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' happens to be his ninth feature.
The 92nd annual Academy Awards were nothing short of a wild ride. With ‘Parasite’ making history by becoming the first ever international film to win the Best Picture honour, to Joaquin Phoenix’s no-holds-barred speech when he was feted with Best Actor award, Oscars 2020 made us laugh, cry, rejoice and go on a roller coaster of emotions.
If you ended up missing the Oscars, fret not. From Natalie Portman wearing a gown with names of all the female directors who were snubbed, to Billie Eilish singing a Kobe Bryant tribute, here are the biggest moments from the star-studded evening.
The masterfully devious South Korean dark-comedy took Hollywood's top prize, along with awards for Best Director, Best International Film and Best Screenplay.
Multiple standing ovations greeted Bong's several wins.
In a year dominated by period epics - '1917', 'Once Upon a Time ... In Hollywood', 'The Irishman' - the film academy instead went overseas, to South Korea, to reward a contemporary and unsettling portrait of social inequality in 'Parasite'.

The film became the first South Korean film to win an Academy Award in any category.
In capturing the best director Oscar, Bong beat out a cast of previous winners and film legends that included Martin Scorsese, Quentin Tarantino and Sam Mendes, and he paid tribute to all of them in his acceptance speech.
"When I was in school I studied Martin Scorsese's films. Just to be honoured was a huge honor. I never thought I would win," he said.
"When people in the US were not familiar with my films Quentin always put my films on his list.''
He added he wished he could take a Texas chainsaw and cut the Oscar into five pieces so all the nominees could share it.

Joaquin Phoenix accepted the award for Best Actor for his film ‘Joker’. The actor took the opportunity to talk about a plethora of issues, ranging from gender inequality, racism to the cancel culture.
"We share the same love, the love of film. This form of expression has given me the most extraordinary life," the actor said before launching into an emotional call for Hollywood to "use our voice for the voiceless" and "fight against injustice."
He ended his speech with a tearful tribute to his brother River, who died of an overdose in 1993 at age 23.
"Run to the rescue with love and peace will follow," Phoenix said, quoting his brother, as he had an emotional moment on stage.
It is Zellweger's second Oscar; she won the supporting actress award in 2004 for 'Cold Mountain'.
Sparkling in an Armani gown, the actress thanked her fellow nominees, calling them out by name and saying, "It is an honor to be considered in your company."
She also dedicated the award to her "immigrant folks."

Hollywood actor Brad Pitt won his first-ever Oscar for acting and used his A-level humour to make the audience laugh. The 56-year-old actor picked up an Academy Award in the Best Supporting Actor category on Sunday for his role in 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood'.
The actor started off by taking a jibe at the impeachment hearings. He said, ‘’They told me I have 45 seconds to speak, which is 45 seconds more than the Senate gave John Bolton this week.''.
''I'm thinking maybe Quentin does a movie about it,’’ he added.
Pitt said the honor had given him reason to reflect on his fairy-tale journey in the film industry, going back to when he moved to Los Angeles from Missouri. ‘’Once upon a time in Hollywood,’’ said Pitt. ‘’Ain't that the truth.''
It was Oscar-winning director Steven Spielberg who anchored this year's In Memoriam tribute. In his speech, the 'Saving Private Ryan' director remembered the departed: "Legends and icons. Our friends and fellow artists, all who have inspired and touched us."
The remembrance segment began with a picture and quote from Bryant: "Life is too short to get bogged down and be discouraged. You have to keep moving. You have to keep going."
Douglas, also a three-time Oscar nominee, received the lifetime achievement Oscar in 1996. Bryant bagged an Oscar in 2018 when his short film 'Dear Basketball' won the best animated short film.
