SYDNEY: Adele has come to Justin Bieber's defense after a few people from her concert's crowd showed displeasure when she mentioned the name of the pop star.

During the show at ANZ Stadium here in Australia, the 28-year-old singer asked if anyone would be attending Bieber's concert being held at the same spot next week when crowd started booing, reported Cosmopolitan magazine.

"He's only a kid. I can't say you'd do much better if you were famous at 12 years old, shut up. I don't know him, I just feel bad for him most of the time, because everyone boos him," Adele responded.
