Swiss dream comes true for Bengaluru student with $200,000 EduPeer-Leysin scholarship
Bengaluru student Manasi Dinesh is the winner of the $200,000 EduPeer-Leysin scholarship.

In the third and concluding stage of the Leysin-EduPeer Scholarship contest, a panel comprising Chris Taylor, dean of academic learning, Melati Cattanach, associate director of financial aid, Tamara Yahfoufi, associate director of admissions, Leysin American School , journalist Di lip D’Souza and Hitesh Sharma, founder and CEO, EduPeer, interviewed the six finalists.
Hundreds of students took the written exam, from which 26 semi-finalists were shortlisted. Based on their essay and video, the six finalists were chosen. “We are excited with the response and want to thank the schools and teachers who are assisting students to achieve their dreams,” said Sharma. Yahfoufi said, “We had a diverse group of students. We cannot wait to have Manasi join us on our magic mountain in Leysin.”
