— TIMES NOW (@TimesNow) 1598959931000Meanwhile, according to news agency PTI, hotelier Gaurav Arya arrived at the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) office to record his statement in a money laundering case linked to Sushant Singh Rajput's death. Arya had been questioned by the central agency for more than eight hours at its office at Ballard Estate in south Mumbai on Monday. He was called by the ED after it came across some phone messages sent to him by Chakraborty in 2017, which purportedly indicated discussion about narcotic drugs, an official had said earlier.
A TOI report suggested that Chakraborty is mulling legal action against Rajput’s family for making false statements before all the investigating authorities and the Supreme Court.
TOI quoted the actress's lawyer Satish Manshinde as saying, “The prescription and the chats of the two sisters of the actor clearly indicates that the family was aware of the actor's mental health. They were exchanging prescription notes of medication and lied to the court and ED. Besides the consultation is also illegal and if even an online consultation has happened the doctor gives prescription to an existing patient whose history he knows in advance."
