Speaking about his lifestyle, Shetty explained that his fitness is not the result of shortcuts but of consistent habits followed over the years. A major factor, he said, is his preference for simple, wholesome meals prepared at home. He relies largely on freshly cooked dishes rather than restaurant fare, believing that home kitchens offer better control over ingredients and preparation methods. By avoiding outside food, he ensures that his meals are free from unknown additives and artificial preservatives.
The actor also maintains a strict sleep schedule. He turns in by 10:00 pm each night and begins his day early, typically rising between 5:00 and 6:00 am. This structured routine allows him to start his mornings with clarity and focus. Physical training is a non-negotiable part of his day, with workouts lasting anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour. Regular exercise, he emphasized, plays a central role in sustaining his strength and stamina.
When discussing nutrition, Shetty revealed that he pays close attention to portion sizes and caloric intake. He monitors the quantity of oil used in his meals and keeps a check on overall calorie consumption to maintain balance. His approach reflects mindfulness rather than indulgence.
Additionally, he avoids what he refers to as “white foods,” eliminating items such as refined sugar, polished rice, excessive salt, and even milk from his regular diet. By steering clear of heavily processed or refined ingredients and embracing a clean, measured way of eating, Shetty has crafted a sustainable lifestyle that supports both his health and enduring fitness.
