Murmurs of admiration mixed with some envy are in the ether as a developer known for luxury projects in south Mumbai and the western suburbs is having a rip-roaring love affair… with luxury cars. The latest addition to his fleet is a Mercedes G-Wagen having a colour customised by the automobile major for him. The G-Wagen is priced north of Rs 4.7 crore in India. Five months ago, the developer bought a Range Rover Evoque and a few weeks before that purchased a Bentley Bentayga, which costs more than Rs 6 crore in India at the top of the range. The magnate's romance with haute wheels shows no signs of slowing down.
