The new boss at an e-commerce business has an approach that’s probably a first — he relies on shayari (verse) to compliment employees or even a business proposal. This emerged at the first few meetings held with senior group executives. It's been quite a popular move among colleagues, who seem to have taken a liking to the ways of the new chief.
