The fashion week opened with dual shows by Masaba Gupta and Amit Aggarwal.

While Gupta's show had the vintage 60s touch, avant garde designer Aggarwal chose to use tribal influences in formal gowns.

Shilpa Shetty and Sushmita Sen also walked the ramp as showstoppers for Gupta and Aggarwal respectively.
