Calling the current time difficult, the app-based fintech boss had added a digital spin to her workout sessions. "Several fitness apps are offering online classes to non-members to help them stay fit during this time. While those help me stay in shape, one can also follow inspirational fitness enthusiasts like Mira Hoss who have a great presence on Instagram," she told ET Panache.
Tatia admits that working out alone, without a trainer or full equipment, can be challenging. "Start slow, do not push yourself, Take one day at a time and raise your level as you practice," she shared.
The head of the instant-cash app, who has been a fan of gym exercises, mentioned that yoga has been beneficial and relaxing. "It doesn't require any hard equipment, so it's the best choice amid these circumstances," she added.
The Stucred co-founder revealed that technology has been a boon for her team ever since they started working from home.
"Working from home is much easier than we had thought initially. However, it still very important to stay disciplined and connected with your team," she stressed.
She further pointed out tips that would make work from home easy. "When working from home, one should try to have a schedule and stick to it. Create a designated workspace and table, and work only there. Stay connected with the team and spread the positivity," she ended.
