This free app lets you easily add motion effects to any photo. There are two options: ripple or motion.
For the ripple effect, choose the area where it has to be added. You can add stabilisation points in the image (where the effect will not be added).
Once you get the basics, you can mask objects using taps and swipes – masked areas also remain static.
The other option, motion, lets you combine a photo and a video – choose one each from your gallery and then overlay the video in an area of the photo.

Each saved file will have a watermark that can be removed with a premium account.
The app also has a built-in community for you to share your work. It takes a few attempts to get the effect right, so don't give up too soon.
To remove the banner ads and watermark, go premium by paying Rs 159 a month or Rs 789 a year.
