Stay fit with Garmin's smartwatches

Garmin has added two new smartwatches to its portfolio with the launch of Forerunner 235 and Forerunner 230. The Garmin Forerunner 230 features a 1-inch display with 215x180 pixels resolution. It comes with the usual set of features to help record your steps, calories and distance throughout the day. It will also keep track of your sleep and as per the company, can last for up to 5 weeks with a single charge in watch mode.

On the other hand, Garmin Forerunner 235 comes with a 1.23-inch display with 215x180 pixels resolution. In addition to tracking your steps, calories and distance throughout the day, the smartwatch also incorporates a heart rate sensor to keep track of your heartbeat. It claims to offer a nine-day battery life by the company in watch mode.



The smartwatches also show notifications for incoming calls, emails, text messages and calendar reminders. Both are water and shock resistant, and the best part, they work with iOS, Android and Windows 10 smartphones. The company has priced the Forerunner 230 for Rs 22,990 and Forerunner 235 at Rs 27,490, available exclusively on Flipkart.
