Right from the start, the BJP has done its best to strike a chord with India’s youth — as seen by the witty response from upcoming young stand-up comedian Siddharth Dudeja. The 22-year-old was quick with his report card of FM Arun Jaitley’s Budget, that was out on February 28.

“Do you see China getting up tomorrow and saying, ‘we’ll play cricket and win the World Cup’?” asks Dudeja, in response to Jaitley’s comparison of the country with that of China’s manufacturing hub.

About the FM’s agenda to make India a cashless society, Dudeja says, “What will happen to cash on delivery? We still don’t trust online transactions and I don’t see myself going to the sabziwala and asking him to swipe my card.”
