SRK kicks off 53rd birthday celebrations with wife Gauri, a piece of cake, and Mono Deal

Bollywood celebrities took to Twitter to wish King Khan.

Shah Rukh Khan, or 'The King of Bollywood' as he is popularly known, is ringing in his 53rd birthday today. Sharing a glimpse of what his special day looks like, SRK posted a collage on Instagram. He wrote,‘Fed cake to wife...Met my family of fans outside Mannat...now playing Mono Deal with my lil girl gang! Having a Happy Birthday. Thank u all...for this amazing love.'


King Khan's bestfriend film-maker Karan Johar, too, shared an adorable picture of the actor feeding birthday cake to wife Gauri Khan on social media. The filmmaker wrote, 'Happy birthday bhai!!!! Have known Gauri and you for 25 years and it will always be the most special relationship of my life!!! Thank you for being family and for all the memories ...and here’s to many more!!! May #zero be your biggest and hugest blockbuster.'



More love poured in for the superstar as Bollywood celebrities took to Twitter to wish King Khan.

From being the king of romance to giving us some of the best dark characters of Hindi cinema; from an intense hockey coach to a soothing psychologist, SRK has played a number of iconic roles over the years.

On the work front, he is all set to appear as an astronaut in Rakesh Sharma's biopic 'Zero', which also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. The actor will unveil the trailer of the film today.

Actor Aamir Khan, who witnessed the trailer of 'Zero' at a special, took to Twitter to vouch for SRK, saying,"SRK, you have outdone yourself."
