The news of Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his son, actor Abhishek Bachchan testing positive for Covid-19 has sent shockwaves across Bollywood. Several B-Town stars sent out prayers for the thespian's speedy recovery. Sports stars and India Inc, too, are keeping Senior Bachchan in their prayers.
Cricket maestro Sachin Tendulkar posted a tweet, writing, "Take care Amit ji".
Harbhajan Singh sent best wishes to both Senior and Junior Bachchan.
'You have always been a fighter and will see this through too with your will power and resilience', wrote cricketer Yuvraj Singh.
Irfan Pathan and Suresh Raina, too, kept Big B in their thoughts and prayers.
Indian philanthropist and billionaire businessman, Anand Mahindra, called Senior Bachchan a 'natural fighter' and said 'there's a vaccine you possess.' 'Grows inside all those like you who are natural fighters,' wrote the Mahindra top boss.
