"I've been doing a lot of travelling around Australia and New Zealand and staying in the luxury lodges which I would like to do more often. I like to get away from the crowds when I travel. I like small private environments. With my job I am in big crowds a lot which I enjoy, but you do need a balance," says Odell.

It comes as no surprise then that he indulges the most on travelling. He counts a trip to Bhutan as one of his most extravagant holidays. "I like to spend on experiences more than material things. Bhutan was one of my most expensive trips - I went for more than 10 days. We did a lot of trekking high up at 12,000 ft.".
