SpaceX's Elon Musk does a cameo on popular sitcom 'Big Bang theory'
Last week, Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk made a pit stop on the set of popular sitcom The Big Bang Theory on his way to Mars. Musk joins the growing list of illustrious real life space personalities, such as Stephen Hawking, Leonard Nimoy and astronaut Mike Massimino who have made cameos on the sitcom.

On the show, Musk joins engineer and onetime astronaut Howard Wolowitz, both volunteers at a homeless shelter on Thanksgiving Day, in washing dishes after being demoted from the turkey line "for being too generous with the gravy”. Musk tells Wolowitz, "It feels great to come down here to help the less fortunate.” Space related banter follows with Wolowitz telling Musk that he really wants to go to Mars. To which a slightly crestfallen Musk says, "We're not quite there yet, but we're always looking for engineers". The cameo ends with a sportive Musk asking fan boy Wolowitz if he wants to share a barelyeaten pumpkin pie at the sink. The billionaire entrepreneur eating humble pie — now that's pure fiction.
