The OTT release of Spa has been officially confirmed. The film will begin streaming on May 28, 2026, on ManoramaMAX. The announcement has been shared through the platform’s official channels, confirming its arrival for home viewers just a few months after its theatrical release on February 13, 2026.

The digital debut comes amid growing interest in Malayalam films moving quickly from theatres to OTT platforms, especially those with niche storytelling styles like Spa.

Story Set Inside a Unique Space

Spa unfolds inside an urban massage therapy centre called La Paradise. The setting is central to the narrative, as multiple characters from different walks of life cross paths within the same space.

The story mainly follows Mathan, who is trying to make sense of his understanding of love and separate real emotions from the idealised versions he has built in his mind. Instead of following a straight romantic track, the film uses intersecting personal stories, blending emotional confusion, humour, and moments of self-realisation.

Director Abrid Shine, known for films like 1983 and Action Hero Biju, once again experiments with a different kind of setting to explore human relationships and behaviour.

Cast and Ensemble Performances

The film features a large ensemble cast including Vineeth Thattil David, Siddharth Bharathan, Shruthy Menon, Radhika Radhakrishnan, Sreeja Das, Prashanth Alexander, Major Ravi, Vijay Menon, Dinesh Prabhakar, and several others in supporting roles.
