When my (twin) daughters graduated in 2015, we gave them each one of her books. Right now, we’re planning what to give them for their post-graduation next year.”

“It was a dog. My father had said that he doesn’t like anything that has more than two legs. But he had promised me that when I graduate, he would get me a dog. When I completed my engineering in 2007, I got myself a dog. It was a Beagle named Simba. He’s no more but thanks to him, my father started loving dogs and we’ve got four (two Beagles and two German Shepherds) now. They are at our home in Lonavala.”

“I don’t think I got a gift — the gift was the degree. The four years of education that my parents paid for was the best graduation gift I could have got. I don’t think I would have asked them for anything either. I have what I need.”

“My parents and I never get excited about materialistic things. It may be because we’ve been blessed with a lot. The best thing that I got from them on graduation in 2010 was a big dinner with all my closest friends and family at our home in London. They each spoke a few words about me and I was the centre of attention for quite a few hours. I got a lot of love from everyone.”

“I gave myself a graduation gift. I backpacked with a few friends across Europe. I had saved up some money. What was amazing was that including the ticket, which I think was $800, we spent $1,600. We only spent $800 for three weeks for the rest of the trip. We went to Italy, Greece, Austria and Amsterdam. We were three close friends. We thought backpacking in Europe would be a great way to see it, stay in hostels and meet people.”

Future business leaders Richard Coller, Director of Professional Readiness at SP Jain’s Sydney campus, says, “On completing the program, SP Jain students are entitled to a 2-year unrestricted Post Study Work Rights Visa and many of them, after discovering what a great place Australia is, take up this opportunity.”

SP Jain launched the BBA in 2010, becoming the world’s first business school to pioneer and offer a multi-city undergraduate program. “When we launched the BBA in 2010, we were considered to be somewhat of an outlier. We have since graduated over 650 students who have gone on to do very well in their global careers. That’s why today, companies believe in our model,” shares Nitish Jain, President of the school.

The BBA of SP Jain is a four-year, multi-city program that is accredited by Australia’s Tertiary Education Quality & Standards Agency (TEQSA). Students travel to Singapore/Mumbai for Year 1 of the program, Dubai for Year 2 and Sydney for Years 3 and 4, graduating with an Australian degree and twoyear Post Study Work Rights in Australia. SP Jain is registered as a Higher Education Provider in Australia.
