As per reports, during his performance, a few people began pelting stones and bottles at the stage, leading the singer to halt the performance midway and instead of losing his cool, he urged the audience to enjoy without injuring anyone. However, now Sonu Nigam has cleared the air by dismissing the claims of stone pelting.

Sonu Nigam clarified that there was no incident of stone or bottle pelting at DTU, contrary to some media reports. He explained that a vape was thrown onto the stage, hitting Subhankar’s chest, which prompted him to pause the performance. Addressing the audience, he reminded them that any further disruptions could lead to the show being stopped abruptly. Following this, the only object thrown on stage was a Pookie band, which he found amusing.
