Sonam dishes it out to Kangana

Who doesn’t love a good cat fight? This time, it’s Sonam Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut who are taking potshots at each other – over the craft of acting. Kangana had lashed out at Sonam’s flip comments on a chat show on how unattractive stars were de facto considered good actresses. At an event held Wednesday, Sonam told ETPanache, “I don’t think she saw the show to begin with. Little information is bad. I really liked her performance in Queen. I didn’t take any names on the show. I thank her for giving me so much importance.”

Kangana had reacted to Sonam’s comment in a tabloid where she reportedly said, “Sonam has said that people who act well are ugly. So, do I get the crown of the ugliest person? Because after watching Queen, people have been telling me that I act well… Sonam needs to get her facts right about acting.” At the event, Sonam made light of a recent video spoof of her on the show, where her line ‘you know what I mean’ was repeated ad nauseum. “I can laugh at myself. I thought it was hilarious. This is just the way I talk.”.
