“Fitness for me is about being strong, both physically and mentally. It is a way of living your life in the best way possible. It helps me manage my busy schedule.

"I try to exercise two-three days a week depending on my schedule. I prefer doing a combination of weight training and cardio. One should identify what works for them and do what suits their body. This will prevent injuries too. I exercise in the mornings, when my body and mind are fresh and I have more energy. This is a great start to the day and I feel good after a workout.

“I love to play sports, especially tennis. I would love to play tennis against Serena Williams, whose attitude towards life and sports I love. I hope I don’t get injured while facing her because she is so strong! I also want to play cricket. Being an Australian, I feel bad that I haven’t ever played cricket.

“As for diet, I eat everything. Having a balanced diet is important. Since I eat out a lot, I follow a simple diet hack to keep things in balance: I order the vegetables first and fill up on those. I then have proteins and carbs. I prefer lean protein like seafood. I also make sure to include eggs, fruits and vegetables.

"Healthy fats are a must. People believe the myths about fats not being good for your body. But I feel healthy fats, like avocado, eggs or nuts, are good for both the mind and the body.”
