'Smriti Dhan-dhana!' Amul's new creative honours inaugural WPL auction's most expensive buy
Royal Challengers Bangalore paid a whopping Rs 3.4 crore for Smriti Mandhana.

Taking to social media, dairy giant Amul congratulated one of the finest women's cricketers in its unique style.
The caption of the topical read, "Kudos to Ms Mandhana, the most expensive buy at the first WPL auction!"
In the ad, the ‘utterly-butterly’ girl could be seen offering Mandhana a slice of bread with Amul butter on it. It also shows the auctioneer's gavel on the side. The tagline said, "Smriti Dhan-dhana! Wealth of taste."

RCB and Mumbai Indians (MI) were locked in an intense bidding war for India's T20I Vice Captain. In the end, RCB acquired Mandhana, offering her a captaincy and opening position. Meanwhile, MI was able to secure Team India captain Harmanpreet Kaur for Rs 1.8 crore.
According to a report, Mandhana will earn double than highest-paid players in Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The southpaw produces stunning strokes, which are a testament to her characteristic flair and style. She is considered one of the top batters in the world because of her talents in playing both pace and spin.
