Sizing the competition
Comparisons are odious, but try using that line with your competition. The stakes are high in the tough tech world. Bigger, slimmer, sharpest are words bandied about during product launches, and brands are now calling out their rivals. For example, Dell, in a tweet, dismissed the retina display of Apple Macbook over Dell’s own XPS 13.

At a recent event in Mumbai where Lenovo showcased its best products from CES 2015, the company also launched Yoga 3 Pro, claiming it to be “thinner than a pencil”.

The launch was initiated by Shailendra Katyal, director, Home and Small Business, Lenovo India and the laptop, 12. 8 mm, was compared to the 13.1 mm Macbook.

As Katyal put it, “Normally, we don’t talk about competition but this was too good an opportunity.” You know what they say — size is everything.
